The Junior Girl Scout Troop of IBPS has been established for 20 years now. Our troop is consisted of both Brownie Troop #4566 and Junior Troop #4567. All the girls are blended into different patrols by variety of ages from 7 to 10. In our troop, the Girl Scout ideals are expressed in the Girl Scout Promise, the Girl Scout Law, the Girl Scout Motto, and the Girl Scout Slogan:
The Girl Scout Promise: On my honor, I will try: To serve Buddha and my country, To help people at all times, And to live by the Girl Scout Law.
The Girl Scout Law: I will do my best to be honest and fair, friendly and helpful, considerate and caring, courageous and strong, and responsible for what I say and do, and to respect myself and others, respect authority, use resources wisely, make the world a better place, and be a sister to every Girl Scout. Girl Scout Motto: Be Prepared.
Girl Scout Slogan: Do a good turn daily. We also follow the Girl Scout Mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Moreover, our troop helps girls discover their strengths, passions, and talents by participating in multiple activities, community outreaches, outing events, explore leadership, citizenship, and fun!
By joining our Junior Girl Scout Troop, the girls make a bunch of new friends and have a ton of new experiences. Furthermore, our girls learn by setting their own goals and program (with guidance from troop leaders) to achieve the 3 key goals, confidence, character and courage.
With us, the possibilities are endless, and you’ll make a bunch of new friends who just can’t wait to go with you. Together, you’ll find out you’re capable of more than you ever imagined.
